The Dynamic Integrated Climate-Economy
model (DICE) is one of the most frequently used models to simulate
how the economy and the climate co-evolve. William Nordhaus,
developer of the model, was awarded the Nobel Memorial Prize
in Economic Sciences in 2018 specifically for his work on
DICE.
Prof. Thomas Steger (Institute for Theoretical Economics)
will hold a lecture on this macroeconomic model and its implications.
This is a regular lecture in the module Growth &
Development: Theory (Master Economics)
