Speaking with Adenike Olandosu, a Nigerian ecofeminist, and Pia Wieser, working for WECF, an international ecofeminist organization, we discuss the interactions between gender and climate and showcase the importance of an intersectional ecofeminist movement.

Zulaika Namwanje, the founder of Clean Earth Uganda, will introduce us to the Earth Volunteers, a Ugandan non-profit organization, that brings together young people that are passionate about the environment and climate action. Together with her fellow activists, they organise climate education class sessions, tree planting sessions, and climate strikes to inform students and teachers and empower children to tackle the climate crisis themselves.
